Pretty self-explanatory, these cupcakes are stuffed with hot-fudge and topped with a delicious peanut butter frosting. Hot fudge is then drizzled once again over the finished product!
- Pancake cupcakes
Okay – delight yourself with this. Make simple yet sweet buttermilk pancake cupcakes, but put a bit of maple (or other flavour) syrup in the mix. Once baked, put a banana slice on top and cover with a drizzle of maple frosting. Put a very small sized pancake on that, drizzle, repeat as desired and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a banana slice.
- Easter egg Cupcakes
Blow your eggs gently and clean them thoroughly. Carefully fill with a tiny (or self-improvised) funnel; bake. Not only do the kids have to find them, they get to crack them open and enjoy the great cupcake inside! Provide a bowl of frosting for each child for dipping.

Mix a bit of beer into your favourite recipe, replacing water or part milk with it. While baking whip up a sweet beer frosting and garnish the finished cupcakes with pretzel sticks placed in upright, splayed bunches.
