Baking Sweet Memories Since 2001
In 2001, our previous owner Mary turned her passion for baking into Amarantos Cakes, delighting the community with handcrafted creations full of flavour and love.
After watching Mary for many years and always being in awe her work and talent, in 2018, Jasmine joined the business, initially to help with admin, instead along with admin she learnt how to decorate and instantly fell in love – that’s where the passion was!
With all the growth that came with the business, in 2022 Georgia also joined the team with her wonderful eye for detail and creativity. We created our little family.
After working alongside Mary for 7 years, Jasmine acquired the business in 2025, carrying forward its cherished traditions while adding her own touch of creativity. Today, every cake we make is a celebration of the past, present, and all the sweet moments yet to come.
